Meet Dr. Rebecca Gomer

Dr. Rebecca Gomer is a highly experienced audiologist with more than 20 years in the field of hearing healthcare. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to rehabilitative audiology, helping individuals find effective solutions to improve communication and quality of life through better hearing.

Dr. Gomer is passionate about staying at the forefront of technology and innovation, continuously advancing her knowledge in audiology, hearing aids, and cochlear implant technology to ensure her patients receive the most effective and up-to-date care available.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oklahoma in 1996, followed by a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1998. In 2016, she completed her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Gomer is licensed by the State of Texas as an audiologist and is deeply involved in her professional community. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a founding and lifetime member of the Texas Academy of Audiology, and a founding member of the Dallas Audiology Society.

Originally from Oklahoma, Dr. Gomer has proudly called North Texas home since 1999, where she lives in Sachse with her husband, Tom. Both are active members of their community.
